The Process

  • Permanent jewelry is a unique type of jewelry that is custom-fitted and welded directly onto itself, creating a seamless and clasp-free piece that you can wear continuously.

  • During your appointment, we’ll help you choose your chain and any charms or connectors you fall in love with! Then, we’ll custom-fit the jewelry to your desired length and weld it closed for a secure, permanent finish!

  • Yes, the welding process is safe. We use a small, precise welding tool to secure the jewelry. The process is quick and painless. We do require you briefly wear our safety sunglasses to protect your eyes during the quick weld.

  • Absolutely! We offer a variety of sterling silver, gold filled, and stainless steel chains, charms, and connectors, and we can work with you to create a custom design that suits your style. It's the perfect custom experience! Bring a friend or family member to create truly magical memories!

  • We offer permanent jewelry in sterling silver, gold filled, and stainless steel to suit different preferences and budgets. We also gladly special order solid gold on request!

After care

  • While the jewelry is designed to be permanent, it can be removed with scissors or wire cutters if needed! We welcome you to visit us for removal to avoid damaging your jewelry.

  • Yes, our permanent jewelry is designed to withstand daily wear, including showering and swimming. However, frequent exposure to chlorine or saltwater may cause tarnishing, especially in sterling silver.

  • To keep your jewelry looking its best, we recommend cleaning your jewelry every 1-2 weeks to keep it looking shiny and new. Clean it regularly with a soft cloth and mild soap. Avoid harsh chemicals, lotions, and perfumes directly on the jewelry to prevent tarnishing and damage.

  • A: If your jewelry becomes damaged or breaks within the first 6 months, it is covered under our warranty. Contact us, and we will repair it free of charge. After the warranty period, repairs can be done for a small fee!

  • If your jewelry feels tight or uncomfortable, it may need to be adjusted. If you want to remove it right away, you can quickly and painlessly remove it with scissors. Contact us to schedule an adjustment appointment, and we’ll ensure it fits comfortably.

  • Yes, we offer a 6-month warranty on all permanent jewelry. This covers any breakage or defects. Beyond this period, repairs are available for a nominal fee.
